RANAMOK GLASS PRIZE
This is Ranamok’s fourteenth year encouraging creativity, skill and innovation in contemporary glass, with Australian/New Zealand glass artists competing for a $10,000 prize. The 2008 Recipient will join previous winners in the Ranamok Winners Collection (1995-2008).
On Saturday 25 October, 2:00pm, there will be a floor talk by co-founder of the Prize, Maureen Cahill, followed by a presentation by one of the 2008 finalists in the exhibition.
This internationally acclaimed exhibition, installed in the dramatic foyer of Angel Place, is a ‘must-see’ for glass enthusiasts. The 2008 judging panel chose 29 finalists from 109 entries to create an exciting and engaging mix of established and emerging artists. Come and judge for yourself!
