Fluffy Bowl
Blown, cut, polished and lampworked glass

In this piece I wanted to work with transparency, reflection, volume contrast and simplicity.
I chose a very simple form, a semi-circular vessel. I then nestled this substantial semi-circular form inside a pillow of around 400 laceworked beads of approximately 50 or 60 loops each.
