'Interlude in Blue' is an expression of an emotion contained within its surrounding. Contrasts in colour and shape convey the difference between ethereal space and structure; lightness and intensity; and movement and stillness. That opposites interact in varying degrees, thus enriching the sensation of the 'blueness'.
